hello

As you've already cleaned the lamps

I'd next check the condition of the bulbs and the bulb holders

as they are prone to corrosion in the bulb holder socket which then reduces the voltage

you'll need to remove the bulbs entirely to clean the sockets and examine the bulb for signs of a burnt element ( replace if required)

this how to should be helpful

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZON0L8gPq4c

it shows how to replace the whole lamp but also how to access the bulbs

and if the plastic lens on the lamp is still cloudy then try using one of the headlamp scrub kits such as

https://www.amazon.co.uk/MEGUIARS-G1900K-Headlight-Restoration-Kit/dp/B001O7I7FS

they can work wonders
