Customer Question

Hello,
I had a TIA a year ago. Not taking statins, but been put on Aspirin 75mg. I also have Aortic Stenosis and mild atherscleorosis . For about a year I have been feeling extremely fatigued, tired, listless. About two months ago I decided to try Ubuiginol 100mg once a day and found a dramatic improvement in my energy levels, and those muscle aches and pains, went into the background.
However just over a week ago I stopped taking Ubiquinol as I read on the internet, Wellness.com and others that COQ10 can "interfere with the medication (aspirin) rendering it ineffective. All my weakness, tiredness, fatigue have returned, but I feel I must stick to taking aspirin to prevent, stroke, heart failure etc because of my history.
Do you please have any other information about the interaction between COQ10 (Unbiquinol form) and Aspirin? Would be most grateful for you input as neither my Dr or Heart Specialist have any knowledge of COQ10 which I find incredible!. Thank you..Richard

Hello, Thank you for your question. I will try my best to help you with your questions.

Dr .Saeed ahmed :

This medicine CoQ10 is not recommended for treatment in U.S and U.K. While i use this medicine in people who have severe symptoms and i have got tremendous results regarding improvement of symptoms.

Dr .Saeed ahmed :

I use this medicine with aspirin and have not got any complaints from patients. Also i cannot find enough data that indicates that asprin and coQ10 have interactions. see the link below for reference.
