Hello, Thank you for your question. I will try my best to help you with your questions. I need to ask few questions before first.
Do you have the full echocardiogram test report ?
What did CT chest showed ?
If CT scan with dye is normal then chances of pulmonary embolism are very very rare.
Abnormal septal motion occur when there is higher pressure in the right ventricle.
If your PAP was normal then this abnormal septal motion will vanish over few months.
PAP stands for pulmonary artery pressure.
Well it is due to pregnancy and birth.
what happens is that in pregnancy there is increased pressure in the right heart due to pressure in the lung.
As lungs have to take in more oxygen for baby as well
so this causes increased pressure in the right ventricle
which causes abnormal septal motion.
I goes back to normal after few months
I hope answer is helping ?
