presence of risk factors, symptoms of angina or equivalent and detection of raised cardiac markers.
Without using all these tools it is difficult to pick a mild heart attack
because symptoms may be mild
and cardiac markers may be berderline
So we take all these three basic areas.... history, symptoms and cardiac markers into count
to make a correct diagnosis.
