You would generally be put on blood thinners, beta blockers and ace inhibitors

Generally people look like they are having a heart attack when they have this. And their EKG looks like it.
So they would get aspirin, nitro and heparin.
However, the real meds that help long term are metoprolol and lisinopril
They would be given IV fluids
0.9 normal saline at 1000 cc/hr
aspirin 325 mg
nitro drip titrate to effect
heparin drip depends on weight

You would need IV blood pressure support like with dopamine drip
