Thank you for your reply, this is what we call vertibrobasilar insufficiency. It means that there is poor blood flow to one side of the brain and it can cause or lead to stroke if not taken care early. You should keep your blood pressure within normal values. That is less than 140/90.. If it is high increase the dose of medicine. You should also consider Aspirin if you are not already taking it. You need is a carotid artery doppler to see if there is any narrowing of the neck arteries which need treatment. Thank you.
