Hi there, have taken photo's on my Samsung Galaxy camera this morning & viewed them. However, went to view / send them after camera was off & can't access the gallery anymore. Keep getting a message "not enough space. delete unnecessary items, such as downloaded software, pictures, videos & documents. I have deleted some old video footage, but have no downloaded Apps, all were built in. In the settings / storage, I have 3.97GB in total, it reads 1.3GB available. Not sure how to move forward here, any advice would help. Thanks. Joady
I have been playing around in the storage element & its only pictures & video's where I have this message. I can also still take photo's - just can't view them.
Hi there Nick,
thanks for the advice - mine is a camera, not a phone.
In settings, I don't have ->Applications or Apps-> just -> Application manager, under which there is no "gallery" option?!?!? So not fixed yet.
Anything else you can recommend?
Thanks for your help
tried all this.
No joy - still getting same message - "not enough space. delete unnecessary items, such as downloaded software, pictures, videos & documents."
Sorry - one more thing - it had the option to force stop, but nothing happens after that, no message to clear data.
have settings & storage, but no cache option.
It just shows me the device memory, as a stacked bar chart.
Then details all of the space taken by each , Applications, Pictures, video's, etc.
No ability to swipe left or right for any additional options.
In storage I have not got "cache" as an option, just these:
Pictures, videos (when I tap this I get the recurring mssg)
I have tried tapping on each of these & none have a cache option
Please let me know if it worked or not. Thank you!
this has solved it - but what I was trying to avoid.
Thanks for your help on this matter.
