You will have to reset the phone.
This will remove all data and return the phone to new, but this you cannot avoid.
To do this, power off the phone.
Then press and hold the Volume Down for about 8 seconds until you see a ! on the screen.
Then press the keys in this exact order
Volume Up
Volume Down
Power
Volume Down
Phone will restart, be patient as it can take some time.
You can then setup the phone and use it again
