I have been running Co Pilot on my Nokia phone on a trial

Resolved Question:

I have been running Co Pilot on my Nokia phone on a trial basis. I now want to buy but for some reason only my old details come up with an out of date credit card and email address. My Microsoft account is up to date with all current cards.
Can I buy the activation GBP 15.99 direct from you??

No we cannot activate that for you. But I will guide you through to update the Microsoft account details in app store.

Now update your new card. Reply for further assistance.

  1. On the Start screen, tap or click Store to open the Windows Store.

  2. Tap or click Account, and then tap or click My account.

  3. Tap or click Add payment method or Edit payment method, edit any necessary info, and then tap or click Submit.

Now update your new details.

All my Microsoft account details are up to date, I have already checked them on my computer. But when I try to pay for the co pilot the details come through as my old email and out of date card. They are not on my store account.

On your phone, go to the store and see if the details are of old credit card or new.
