I have a Nokia Lumia 610 for which I have got a new SIM card from my provider Talktalk. How do I get the PIN Number to activate the phone. I understand that Microsoft has bought over Nokia. Thank you

9 attempts remainingHowever, Nokia is no longer operating, so I do not know how to get the code.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried the 0000 but it did not accept it.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, thats what I needed, the full message, thank you

It is referring to the previous provider the phone was linked to as the phone is still locked to this.

What was the original provider this phone came with? eg: 02, Vodafone ect.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The previous provider was ee (orange)
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, you will need to call them on 7953 966250

Call them, explain you need the unlock code and as long as there are no outstanding debts on the contract, then they can then provide this to you.

Let me know how you go please
