Customer Question

I have an Ironman W-209###-##-####NA and occasionally want use TIMER, ALM1, ALM2, ALM3, etc. modes. I have read the instructions (manual). I bought the watch new about 6 weeks ago and was able to set the time and date with no problem. The manual says to press the Mode button repeatedly until the correct mode appears, but when I press the mode button, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Thanks

Hi, My name is ***** ***** it is my pleasure to assist you. I have read the instructions and if you have pressed the mode button until the mode you want to be in and nothing happens there might be something wrong with the circuit board the watch carries a warranty I would bring the watch back to the store you bought it from exchange the watch and have them set the watch for you so you know the watch is working properly. Also you can try taking the battery out wait about 10 minutes and then start fresh sometimes this will reset the circuit board. Thanks Mike
