I think it is a solid buy. Getting all those parts separately will cost roughly the same amount and the time required to put it together makes it a good buy for you.
Let me know if you have any other questions about this I can help you with. Thanks.
How will it run?
Will it be slow.
It will run smooth for day to day use, email, internet, chat, word processing.
For gaming, it will run many games, but the newer stuff it will have problems.
What about for big games like battlefield 3?
It will run it on lower settings.
If you have anything else you would like to know just ask. Otherwise, please rate me using the smileys below. Thanks.
I am looking to get a new Gaming PC. Are any of the deals in my link good and you recommend me getting.
There 4 pages
Ok, let me check
What kind of budget?
nothing above £400
around £200 pound if possible but can go higher if really good deal
I'm looking at these here, I think your friends offer is pretty good. Have you thought about buying it and then updating the graphics card?
Otherwise, this one is pretty good for the price: http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/intel-i7-quad-core-geforce-gaming-pc-asus-rampage-mb-ssd-22-lcd-monitor/1030514190
I don't know how upgrade the graphics card but I could find out.
By the way what is a graphics card.
Its what your monitors connect to, and what runs the games.
how much would a good one cost
So all in all what would you say the best deal regarding quality for money is.
This one here: http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/intel-i7-quad-core-geforce-gaming-pc-asus-rampage-mb-ssd-22-lcd-monitor/1030514190Its the best bang for the buck. It will last long into the future.
How much do you think it is worth
Its priced right were it should be if you bought the part separately. So, considering its already put together. You should be good.
If I was to sell it myself on lets say Ebay if I was not pleased, how much do you think it would go for.
Hello, I was researching the video card on the link I gave you. Its not very good, this is a better option considering that fact:http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/gaming-desktop-pc-sapphire-hd-7850-oc-edition-2gb-wd-500gb-caviarblack-64mb-7200pm/1027901562On ebay it would sell for the same price you paid for it. (for the link I just gave)
So is this a good deal
Yeah, it it
Good for gaming, good for day to day. Should last you a long time.
How long approximately???
Well thats hard to tell. If you are heavy into gaming? Maybe 2 years. If you're just an occasional gamer not looking for the newest when it comes out, 4 years.
and I mean technology wise it should suit your needs.
also is it better than one of these disregarding price http://www.johnlewis.com/hp-envy-dv6-7331sa-laptop-intel-core-i7-2-3ghz-8gb-ram-1tb-15-6-beats-audio-black/p588399
Thats a nice laptop, definitely has more power than that PC.
cos that's what im using right now
The video card in PC is better in the long run. But overall, that laptop is quite powerful.
what does a video card do
Runs the games. It handles all the gaming aspect.
if they were the same price which would you chose
I'm an old school gamer, I pick the PC all the time. If my PC couldnt run the newest games, I could just upgrade the video card, the laptop is stuck with what it has. But I would use that laptop more because I do not game anymore. It depends on what you will use it for, if its gaming the PC, if its moderate gaming and usual day to day and needing to be mobile? Laptop.
I'm not a big gamer, I just play a few games a week. most of my time will be searching internet
Pretty much all I want is a good computer or laptop that isn't really slow
Then either of those would work for you.
The PC is a good buy for the price.
If there's nothing else, please take a moment to rate, I would appreciate that very much. Thank you.
ARe there any hidden fees in what you rate
Im not sure what you mean? I meant to rate with the smileys. I get a percentage of what you have already deposited. There should not be any further charges unless you ask another question.
where does the other money go
to just answer?
Partially, and partially to me.
well you have been great so an excellent service for you
The reason I want to get a new pc or laptop is because I am currently using an old Lenovo form the 90s
Ha, I know the feeling. I had to repair my pc the other night and was stuck using an old clunker.
they run so slowly
well mine does
got it on windows xp
Yeah, to keep up with technology today you need the hardware for it.
by the way do you know a bit about windows
Yes, I sure do.
I was wondering, can I upgrade from windows xp straight to windows 8 pro
No, there is no straight upgrade from xp to 8 pro
do I have to go from windows xp to windows 8 then windows 8 pro
You can upgrade from XP to 8, but you can do a clean install of Windows 8.
could you search for me on gumtree a decent computer (don't mind if its from 2005 or whatever) that can just search the internet and do the basics for about £100?
I'm sorry, I do not have the time. I was off about 30 minutes ago.
I wasn't informed about time issues when I bought this
I actually set my own hours, and I get off around 1030AM my time. Typically the questions only take 5-10mins, I did not expect it would be any longer.
well quickly is his a good deal
Does not look in good condition, its older, I would not expect that pavillion to last much longer.
sorry but what abooutthis FAST LENOVO THINKPAD DUAL CORE SYSTEM
Can I get the link, please?
sorry lost page but just found it now
The Lenovo is a fair deal. It would be okay for day to day, no gaming however.
do you have to go now
Yes, I really must be going now.
When you rate me, I'll do an update so I can give you time to find some postings and send them to me. Ok?
But for now I have to be leaving.
Have a good day.
