I have HP ENVY 100, which, when I try to copy or scan prints

I have HP ENVY 100, which, when I try to copy or scan prints out a totally black sheet. In the preview (view) it also shows a totally black sheet. I cannot find where or how I can change this setting (if indeed it is on a wrong setting) Please advise.

I am ready at my office desk. hOwever, this HP Envy is at home (8miles from here, so we can't do anything if the equipment is needed in fron of me now. If we need the equipment now , then that is impossible and we shoud cancel the order till another more convenient time.

I have already tried cleaning the print heads - no change. I instruct you to cancel the order, and myself or somone else will get back at a later time.

When you cleaned the printhead, have you got all colors in the test print?

On memory yes, but I will have to double check.

If so, just align the cartrdiges.

Shefin :

If any colors missing, you have to replace the cartridge and do alinging again.

JACUSTOMER-lecadz18- :

Machine is not indicating any colours needing replacement. However, I will change the colour cartridge and see.
