I am ready at my office desk. hOwever, this HP Envy is at home (8miles from here, so we can't do anything if the equipment is needed in fron of me now. If we need the equipment now , then that is impossible and we shoud cancel the order till another more convenient time.
We have to try cleaning and aligning the printhead of the printer.
So, please come back when you get the printer handy.

When you cleaned the printhead, have you got all colors in the test print?
On memory yes, but I will have to double check.
If so, just align the cartrdiges.
If any colors missing, you have to replace the cartridge and do alinging again.
Machine is not indicating any colours needing replacement. However, I will change the colour cartridge and see.
