I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
The HDMI option is meant for when you are ordering or purchasing the computer. In order to install the HDMI to an existing unit requires you to purchas a new graphics card which is fairly expensive, however it can be done but the best option will be to get an USB to HDMI converter. The converter is plug and play and connects your usb port to an HDMI cable. I have several of these and they work great and are very inexpensive when compared to installing a new hdmi enabled graphics card.
