problem with printer or ink system

There can be a lot of causes for this error, so we need to go through the possible solutions one by one.
First please do the following
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Still getting message. Does 0x61000016 mean anything, or help you?

yes that helps as it points to the print head
Without turning off the printer, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of it.
Remove the cartridges from the printer.
Wait 5 minutes
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait a minute.
Reconnect the power cord. If the printer does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the printer.
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the printer, and then try printing again.

Thank you. I found a paper jam as soon as I opened the cartridge door.

Now only saying I need to replace cartridge. Very satisfied.
