I have a G56-130sa and it will not start, I have tried a Diagnostic check an am getting the message to insert the Windows installation disc which I didn't get when I purchased the Notebook. Is there any way that I can obtain the necessary item. My Product No. is XP267EA#ABU Serial: CNFO44B3LWC and is Windows 7 purchased in January 2011.

I tried but I got the same message that I needed the disc. Is it possible to get a disc. I am not a computer buff so I think the most simple way to beat the problem would be to use the method referred to.

The reason why i asked you for checking hard drive is that if the hard drive is faulty it will show the same error or shows boot device not found so you need to replace that too but if you want to go straight to obtaining the recovery disc i will give you the link to order that.One moment while i get the details to obtain the disc.
