I saw you update drivers but it was not clear exactly how you did this so I want to ensure it was done correctly.

Can you first press the windows key + X and click on Control Panel

Then click on uninstall a program

Click on set point and unifying and uninstall them there.

Then restart the computer

Then install the windows 10 versions from my link below

Once done, tell me if it is now functioning please.

ok, when did the mouse last work?

My display link stopped working. I had my laptop connected to two monitors through usb adapters. I cannot work on just the laptop screen. My unifying key for the mouse was working as long as I had the monitors on as it worked off one of the usb ports on one of the monitors. I had to disconnect both monitors and used a third monitor which connected by way of hdmi cable. This is when the mouse stopped working even though I plugged the unifying disk straight into a usb port of the computer. I have not been able to work all day

ok, I want to do a system restore please.

To do this, close all programs.

Press the windows key + X and click on Control Panel

click System and Security

Then click on System

Then System Protection

Then System restore

Choose a date before this problem occurred.

Let it complete and tell me if it now functions correctly please
