Thanks

I saw you update drivers but it was not clear exactly how you did this so I want to ensure it was done correctly.

Can you first press the windows key + X and click on Control Panel

Then click on uninstall a program

Click on set point and unifying and uninstall them there.

Then restart the computer

Then install the windows 10 versions from my link below

http://support.logitech.com/en_au/product/performance-mouse-mx#download

Once done, tell me if it is now functioning please.

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

are you sure the ID is correct as it still gives and error and the service is working for remote.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Doubled checked. Nothing seems to be working on the laptop since the latest updates. I feel as if I have been hacked.
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, when you say updates, you mean update to Windows 10, or updates that windows 10 applied?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I think it was both
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I had to reinstall other programs as well I hate Windows 10 - it seems as it wants to take over the world
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

ok, when did the mouse last work?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
My display link stopped working. I had my laptop connected to two monitors through usb adapters. I cannot work on just the laptop screen. My unifying key for the mouse was working as long as I had the monitors on as it worked off one of the usb ports on one of the monitors. I had to disconnect both monitors and used a third monitor which connected by way of hdmi cable. This is when the mouse stopped working even though I plugged the unifying disk straight into a usb port of the computer. I have not been able to work all day
