Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

ok.. your computer restarted within a minute? I asked because thats the time stamp and can indicate something is wrong with the computer as 1 minute is too short to restart

I installed a new ink cartridge and then changed back to old ink cartridge but still not ditected fitted new tri colour still not detected ?

ok.... but the instructions I asked you to do was to change the USB cable to a different port on the computer, then restart the computer and try to print please.

It is not possible to do all that within a minute

I have switched off the computer and printer switched computer and printer still the same

It is the internal printhead that has faulted, this now confirms it
