ok, you cannot connect the network cable like this, you need to connect the USB cable instead Torben.

Connect the USB cable from the printer to the computer and then perform the installation

Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect

Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
