thank you for requesting a remote-assistance, I have accept your offer and will help you to install the printer directly on your PC now. To start the remote connection, please download AnyDesk at:
...start it (double click on the "AnyDesk.exe") and reply to me with the 9-digits number which is displayed in the AnyDesk window.
Then I can connect to your computer and you just have to click on "Accept" once you see my incoming connection (AnyDesk will notify you when this happens).

No, I can´t if you don´t provide me with the requested number. You need to follow my instructions above please and tell me the 9 digits number that AnyDesk shows you, otherwise I will not be able to connect to you.

yes, I noticed that, I´ve been waiting for a reply from you with the AnyDesk number, so that I can help you, but didn´t get anything in the last 10 hours. Now, I am just finishing my shift at the moment and will be back at ~6:30 pm today. We can do it right away by that time, if you can provide me that AnyDesk number already.
If you need help with installing AnyDesk (I´ve provided the instructions above), just have a look at this video from 00:00 to 00:10 (just the first 10 seconds):
That is exactly what you need to do and at 00:10, you see a number within AnyDesk, that is the number you need to let me know once you´ve started AnyDesk on your PC. Then I can easily connect to you this evening.

2) After the download double-click the AnyDesk.exe
3) Then a window named "AnyDesk" opens up and shows you a 9 digits number. And that number you need to give me here.
