Hi there and welcome

This is located on your Wifi router, normally printed on a label on the side of it.

Check for this and if you cannot locate it, tell me the make and model of your router please.

I have tried this but with no luck, It's a EE Brightbox router wireless but I am not sure what that has to do with my printer which is not wireless activated.

If you are being asked for the WS Pin, this is for connecting to the wireless network.

Are you saying you just want to connect to the printer via a USB cable?

I am afraid your advice and proposed solutions were completely ineffectual. I have now been able to resolve the problem myself and hope that you not be charging my account for either the initial fee or the Secure Remote Assistance which did not happen.
