So if you copy a page directly on the printer, that is working fine, but it is still not working from your computer and you get no error in this case, it just does not print, did I understand that right? thank you for accepting my offer and sorry for the delay, I just came back in and will be able all evening now. To start the remote connection, please download AnyDesk at:
...start it (double click on the "AnyDesk.exe") and reply to me with the 9-digits number which is displayed in the AnyDesk window (I have attached a example screenshot).
Then I can connect to your computer and you just have to click on "Accept" once you see my incoming connection (AnyDesk will notify you when this happens).
If you have problems or questions with the setup of AnyDesk, please just let me know and I would be happy to help you.

OK, You click on "I agree", then it will download a file to your computer, called "Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client.exe". All you then need to do, is to click on that file it just downloaded. Did you do that?
OK, just again go that site:
Click on "I Agree" and directly afterwards, it will offer to download a file named "Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client.exe". Sometimes your browser just downloads it (see the Download list of your browser or your "Downloads" folder). Then, just double click the "Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client.exe" and it will connect us.
