Resolved Question:

I have recently purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop 4236 for my mother. For some reason, although other members of the family can use the Touchpad, she can't - it just doesn't seem to recognise her 'finger touch' very well. It could be a question of adjusting the sensitivity, but if I research the Touchpad's settings (Control Panel / etc.) sensitivity isn't an adjustable option.Any ideas?

Hi Richard,

Does your mother use any handcream products?

If there are any creams on the skin then it will not register the touch very well.
