ok, there are a lot of issues on the computer that are stopping us from doing any normal tasks.

Can you connect the TV to the router via a network cable and tell me if you get internet this way please.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Dunno how to do this, and I've got to go anyway.

Any other suggestion? I thought I should phone Samsung direct tomorrow.

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Samsung wont help with this, as the issue is not the actual TV, but either an incorrect password or the router.

We need to connect the TV to a cable to see this Donald, our options are limited due to the issues with your computer (unless you have another computer there)?

Hi, Richard

Join.me is running on the laptop, but I can't find it.

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Can you restart the laptop and then run it please?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
Relist: Incomplete answer.
I still cant get my new Samsung TV to accept password. Richard has accessed my laptop to check router settings, and has changed the password without effect. he wanted in again to insert a PIN to the router which I discovered on the TV, but I had to leave things for an hour or two.
Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
ok, but why are you relisting it Donald?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Welcome back. Try 725-648-337

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
I never left, I have been waiting for the code from you Donald.

Logging on now
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Richard - as the router works both my computers, is it not the TV, or the way I use it, which is at fault?

Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Can you give me access on Joinme please.

We need to eliminate all causes for this
Expert:  Richard replied 3 years ago.
Opted out for another expert that may have new ideas.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

'Bye, Richard, and thanks for trying so hard.

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Is anything happening?
