Customer Question

I wish to gain remote control of a PC belonging to a user with a very limited idea of computer usage, to demonstrate configuration of their existing email setup. Initial communication would be by email and/or phone. Both parties have broadband access.

Could you please recommend the simplest way I could set this up? I realise there are some free and/or low cost options available.

Hello Richard! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed network professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. You can download and install the free Teamviewer program on both computers, then you can set up remote access; it's simple:

Please let me know if there is still any issue. Thank you,

You're welcome. Teamviewer is a good remote program, I've been using it many times. If you need anything else, please let me know any time. Thank you,
