turn on.....settings.....wifi......scanning......not detected

Follow the steps given below on the galaxy

MichelleNetwork :

1. Turn the tablet off.
2. Press and hold Volume up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears on the screen.
3. Scroll to wipe data/factory reset by pressing the Volume down button.
4. Press the Power button.
5. Scroll to Yes -- delete all user data by pressing the Volume down button.
6. Press the Power button.
7. The tablet will now wipe all contents.
8. Press the Power button.
9. The tablet will now reboot to the initial setup screen.

after the tab is rebooted back follow the step given below now.

MichelleNetwork :

Follow the given steps to connect to the available wireless network.

1. Touch Applications.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Touch the Wi-Fi slider to turn Wi-Fi on.
4. Touch Wi-Fi.
5. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to use.
6. Enter the network password.
7. Touch Connect.
8. You're now connected to the Wi-Fi network.

yes.....followed all instructions

if still its not detecting then you will have to change the security to wep or wap or change the password on the router and then you can connect.

MichelleNetwork :

the tab must be in the range of the router.
