I am having trouble getting my kobo to work due to the kobo telling me that I am not connection to the internet but it shows that I am connection to the wifi

What is the make and model number of your wireless router?
Are any other devices connected to it? If so, do they have internet access ok?

I'm not sure what you have already tried, but let's start with:
1. Turn off the BTHub for a few minutes. Then turn it on again, let it fully reboot, and try connecting again.
