Hello Margaret! Thank you for your question. I am a licensed network professional with over ten years of experience, and I will be assisting you today.

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you also have a windows or mac computer?

Can you please click on the website below, then click on Join session, then allow the ScreenConnect remote program to run, then we can chat, and I will be able to check on the bt hub directly for you?

Thank you,

Did you try the wireless key/password?

Can you please go to that website in Internet Explorer (the big 'e' program icon), not Firefox or Chrome, etc.?

Or go to the shorter website below in Internet Explorer:

http://tinyurl.com/l6hp5rf

Put the above website in the address bar on the top in Internet Explorer, then press the Enter key:

, then join session, and allow the ScreenConnect program to download / open / run, and try any other option it gives you as needed.

If it does not connect/join, let's try another way. Please click on the website below:

https://www.join.me

, then click on "start meeting" at that website, then download and run the file join.me when prompted
, then tell me the numbers that it will show in the join.me program.
, (Do not close the Join.me program.)Thank you

It turns out the Kindle has registered itself and that they were referring to Social Networking sites not connected. I do not need your help anymore. Thanks for all you did. Margaret
