Can you power off the Kodak and your wireless modem.

Then turn off the computer

Wait 5 minutes.

Power on the modem and wait 5 minutes for it to start.

Then power on the Kodak and computer tell me if it works now please.

On the printer LCD:

Select Network Settings, then press OK, if necessary.
Select Turn Wi-Fi Radio On, then press OK, if necessary.

What is the status of the blue Wi-Fi LED then?

Still white. It did flash blue when it was searching

ok, on the LCD Screen on the printer.

Select Rescan for Wireless Networks, then press or touch OK.

Enter your security string (network password), if required, then press or touch OK.

When the confirmation message appears, press or touch OK.

Tell me if it then connects please.

It states trying to conect. Then it said unable to conect

On the back of it is a reset button. You may need a paperclip, and push in this reset button for 10 seconds, then release.

Once done, wait 5 minutes, then try again to connect the printer to the wireless network.

Have made some progress. The lights are now blue. Went into print set up. It said it successfully downloaded . Then at the end it said printer not detected
