I am trying to put wifi on my ipad without success. I have got the password XXXXX 01756 700458, F5H5J7Z7Z5, but it is not allowing me to access the wi fi. The network comes up on my ipad as TalkTalkk4364.

Unable to join the network "TalkTalkk4364"

Can you on the iPad, go to Settings, General, Reset, reset all settings.

Once done, remove the power from the Talk Talk router and wait 5 minutes.

Then power on the router and give it 5 minutes to start.

Once you have, try to connect to the wireless and tell me please if it will now connect.
