No I wish to cancel the whole request as I am not happy with the security of the exercise.

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 years ago.

I have remoted into computers a few hundred thousand times with no problems.

If you wish, you can do this yourself.

Please, do the following:
- Click the Apple icon on the top left
- Click System Preferences
- Click the Network icon

Do you see a wireless item listed in the left panel?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No. Just Ethernet connected

Expert:  Jason Jones replied 3 years ago.

Thank you for the update.

In that case, you will first have to install a wireless adapter.

A device such as the one found here, will work: http://www.amazon.com/Bolse%C2%AE-300Mbps-Wireless-N-Micro-Adapter/dp/B00DTZYHX4/ref=sr_sp-btf_title_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1398951262&sr=1-8

Any store that sells computer items will sell usb/wireless adapters.

You can just plug that into the Mac and connect to the wireless signal.
