Customer:

Hi Michelle,

Michelle :

The 212 mb file which you have it cannot be compress to 25 or less as it can 75% to 65% of the actual size.

Customer:

I scanned 24 images from a newsletter I publish. Each was about 1 MB. Then I processed them with Serif software into a newsetter , then converted that to a PDF which came out as 212 MB

MichelleNetwork :

your scanned image all 24 images are of what size.

MichelleNetwork :

scan the image and save the image in .jpg or .png format it will not exceed more then 1mb each

Customer:

they vary from 700 kB to 1.8 MB. Should I go back to them and find another way of bringing them together into a PDF file ?

MichelleNetwork :

then you use the newsletter software to upload or attach the pictures on them and then check the file size

MichelleNetwork :

check how much it gets compressed using an online compression tool

Customer:

No, I'm trying to scan the text and illustrations together

MichelleNetwork :

ok

Customer:

What's an online compression tool and where would I find it ?

MichelleNetwork :

i have given then link click on it.

MichelleNetwork :

There are 4 ways to compress a pdf file see which one suits the best for you

MichelleNetwork :

Let me know if you have any question.

Customer:

o.k. thanks for your help. You've done your best and I'm satisfied. Bye for now

Customer:

I gave you a rating of Good ... but your website says I have not rated you. It now tells me to rate the answer but there's no box for indicating ratings. How can I rate you a second time ?
