Hi.i have a sony vaio fit svf1521g2eb 15.5 touchscreen laptop..i can not get on to the internet.because no network adapter.or any othe conpornant..I think I need all the motherboard drivers..for windows 7 can you help?

no I have looked all over the key board..however I was told that windows 8.1 was the perating system..changed to windows 7 before I got the laptop

I have bt infinity I have a wire with yellow that is in this computer..shall I put that in the laptop

it does not say network adapter..other devices..43142a0..ethernet controller..network controller..pci device..pci simple communications controller..sm bus controller..universal serial bus usb controller..and unknown device

if network adapter is not there then you need all the drivers to be installed that is why the wireless card and the network card is not working

Customer:

ok you are correct

Click on this link and enter the correct model number to download the drivers software.

Michelle :

we are now sure that the yellow exclamation point indicates the drives are not installed

click on the link as the page opens enter the correct model or select it from the list

any problem downloading and installing the drivers let me know

I think I have the right drivers

install it and let me know once done

I have to save to cd I,m on desktop not laptop

save the files on a folder name it as drivers on your desktop computer

after you have saved all the required network and wireless adapter drivers to the driver folder on your desktop then use a flash drive to copy and paste the driver folder on the usb flash drive

Michelle :

once copying is done remove the usb drive from the desktop and connect it to the laptop and install all the drivers one by one.

Michelle :

do not restart the computer till you have installed all the driver software's on the laptop.

Customer:

I have burned the files on to a cd

Michelle :

now install the drivers on the laptop using the disk
