could you tell me exactly what password ***** asking for?
possibly you are putting in the wrong password
its asking for sky password ***** are my internet provider
I don't know another password ***** could want only the one off my router
Any way you could take a screen shot of the page you're getting stuck at?
Do you know what your apple ID is?
Is it with your Sky email account possibly?
It might be asking for your Apple ID...and not the wireless password.
Just a thought.
But you could very well be right about it being the router password.
In which case we can try some other troubleshooting steps.
Is this the first time you are setting up your ipad?
Or have you connected it to your internet before
first time just bought today
