Hello. My name is ***** ***** I can help you solve your problem. Thank you for your question. My goal is to provide excellent customer service.
The most likely cause of this problem is that you have selected the Pause Printing function on the Print Queue menu. This menu is the same menu that you have used to select Cancel All Documents.
When you select Pause Printing, a check mark will appear next to this item on your menu. You can deselect Pause Printing and clear the check mark by selecting it again.
Your print jobs should go through the queue after clearing the Pause Printing function. If you are still having problems printing after this, please let me know.
IF I HAVE SOLVED YOUR PROBLEM, I WOULD APPRECIATE A GOOD OR AN EXCELLENT RATING. I ONLY GET COMPENSATED FOR MY SERICES WHEN I RECEIVE A POSITIVE RATING.
I am certain that the pause printing had not been selected in the menu box you refer to but this morning after switching on the printer it operated as normal.
When this happened two weeks ago I recall that eventually I tried printing a download a website and this printed off and after that the printer responded to printing from my laptop.
All the times when the printer was not responding to my laptop the printer would function to copy documents.
It is possible this is an intermittent fault yet to be resolved but tank you for your assistance.
