That's okay. Please try the followings:1. Disconnect the power cord from your router for a few minutes, then reconnect.2. If you have any cover / case on the kindle, please remove it for now. Then press & hold the power on/off button on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on.3. Then go to Wi-Fi setting on the kindle, then select your wireless network name, then select the Forget... option, then select / connect to your wireless network name again, and enter your wireless password/key if prompted.Please let me know.
