I'm sorry about the issue. What is the model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Was the kindle working fine previously with your current modem/router device?

Can you press & hold the power on/off button on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on, and try to connect to Wi-Fi again?

soryy for the delay I had an appointment yesterday evening

My router is a Mac ID ACF IDF 087559

I have excellent reception on all my others computer printer phone

My Boadband is aol network name AOLBB-087559

The Kindle was fine it seems that I cannot enter my password *****?

That's okay. Please try the followings:

1. Disconnect the power cord from your router for a few minutes, then reconnect.

2. If you have any cover / case on the kindle, please remove it for now. Then press & hold the power on/off button on the kindle for about 45 seconds, then turn it back on.

3. Then go to Wi-Fi setting on the kindle, then select your wireless network name, then select the Forget... option
, then select / connect to your wireless network name again, and enter your wireless password/key if prompted.
