We can get the correct password ***** this
Click Start and type in
wireless networks
press enter
Right click on your wireless network and select Properties
Click on Security
Click in the Box Show Characters and you will see your wireless password *****
Make sure please you are entering it exactly as it is displayed
eg: PASSword ***** ***** to passWORD

Ok, can you remove the power from your wifi router and printer and wait 5 minutes.
Then connect the power to your wifi router and wait 5 minutes.
Power on your printer and then try to connect it.

And why I gave the instructions to get the correct one.

Yes I followed your instructions the code shown was the one I use maybe the fault is with the printer

It is Brian, all other causes have been eliminated.
It will be the internal memory that has faulted.
A corrupted firmware can cause this. But we have ruled this out.
I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the printer to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
