I had already done that - disconnecting router and youview box but have done it again. So far message has not come up again but it only did every half an hour or so. When the engineer fitted my youview box, on 11th Feb. he also fitted (@£17.50) a power line adaptor DHP - 301AV. Any connection? I'll get in touch again if the message re-appears.
What do you mean by 'Try to bypass it with a direct connection'?
As I had to get an engineer to fix up the box in the first place you can gather that I am a complete novice at this game. Try to bypass what? With a direct connection to what?
Thank you Richard. I will wait to see if the message comes up again. It doesn.t seem to affect the picture when it does appear so maybe I'll just ignore it. But I'll let you know what happens.
