Hi,
I have just signed up to TALKTALK. I HAVE FOLLOWED THE SET UP GUIDE, AND I HAVE CONFIRMED THAT I AM CONNECTED TO TALKTALK. BUT I CANNOT LOG INTO TALK TALK BROADBAND. I HAVE NO ICON ON MY LAPTOP WHICH IS WINDOWS 8.

Hi, My name is***** will assist you, I am a licensed network professional with over 10 years of experience in this area.To connect wirelessly on Windows 8:
1. Move your mouse pointer to the top right of your screen to bring up the Charm Bar
2. Select Settings

3. Select Network or Available, depending on what option is available to you

4. Select your Wireless Network Name from the list. Tick Connect automatically then click Connect (if you cant see it make sure the WLAN light is lit up on the router, if it isn't click the WLAN button on side of router).
5. Enter your Wireless Network Password
Remember: you can find your Wireless Network Name and Wireless Network Password ***** a sticker at the back of your router.
6. Finally, select whether or not you want to turn on sharing.
You should now see a Connected status next to your Wireless Network Name:
