I have an Epson model XP-412 which does not respond clicking onto the print button on the computer monitor and an error notice is displayed. The printer does printout copies and also prints from my Ipad.

The printer was working 3 days ago but stopped printing because of low level in the black ink cartridge. replaced the cartridge satisfactorly but it would not respond to clicking thr print button on the computer monitor.

The printer problably needs to be re-installed. I can do that for you using remote desktop assinstace to your computer.
