My computer is very slow to start firefox ,tryed reloading firefox but still same,is it because lots of virgin media customers online at same time,or other issue

open firefox and in the address bar type the below and press enter
about: support
in the page that opens click on refresh firefox
once done close firefox and then reopen
check if there is any change in firefox performance
