Not sure if this is the right area to post this question.
I am receiving these error warnings regarding my website
The account with the username 'soundstr' (sound-strategies.co.uk), is running out of disk space.
Please remove some files from this account, or ask the administrator to increase your disk quota.
This account has used 92.22% (461.12/500.00 MB) of its allocated disk space.
!! Do not respond to this message. Your reply will go nowhere. !!
I have tried logging on with CPanel but the only way to help this situation is to delete some emails...
I investigated increasing the disk quota but it seems as if I can't use CPanel and have to use something called WHM. I have found a login page online but have no idea about how to use this this and don't seem to have a password ***** username. the Cpanel password ***** username don't appear to work. Can you help?

I have looked up your site and it is hosted by Fast Hosts
Basically the problem is your allocated space is running out, and this can be due to files on the webserver, emails or log files.
If you cannot log in though then you cannot fix this yourself, but just call Fasthost on 0333 0142 700 and they can work with you to restore you access (as they manage this) and advise on whats taking you the space as they can see this, and how you can reduce this.
If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Apparently this is a spoof email.

Fasthosts want me to add an SPF record to the DNS Domain, however because the name is ***** ***** clook.net I have to approach them to do it. Will give it the old college try but this is now getting outside my expertise.

They also suggested I reset the email passwords and run some sort of malware detection on my Mac. Would you have any advice about this?

Resetting the email passwords your provider would have to do, as they are on the server, so you can contact the, on 0845(###) ###-####
For the malware on the Mac, this is not related to it, but best to be safe and install Sophos which you can get free here

Which will keep the mac protected.
