Have you tried unplugging the TV completely from the mains for a short time yet? We might try doing that to allow the unit to reset

Based on your description and troubleshooting steps, I would have to advise that the network card in your TV has gone faulty....one workaround I have seen many people have success with instead of trying to repair the network connection of the TV is to use an external streaming device, like a Google Chromecast or a Roku
