Have downloaded Win 10, found that it had not found my Epson

Customer Question

Have downloaded Win 10, found that it had not found my Epson stylus photo R300 printer.
Was not visible in "devices and Printers" did eventually get it to recognise printer but now when attempting to print I get "error.. can not connect to printer. Have installed latest drivers I can find. Printer was running perfectly in Win 7 and now this. Any help would be most welcomed.

Please do this activity when you are back...Procedure:1:Turn off Printer and Remove USB cable from computer2: From Devices and Printers section (Control panel), find your printer icon and remove To remove Printer: Right Click Printer icon > Click Remove Device. This uninstalls the product3: Now Turn on Printer and wait for 1 min4: Connect USB cable now and see printer installs without error.5: AGain move to Devices and Printers section, there you can see your printer icon visible again.Right Click Printer Icon > Click Printer Properties > Click Printer Test PageCheck if it prints test page and if so try a document... Please update statusThanks
