Can you tell me please exactly what you mean with trying to log onto the iPad?
On which step are you for setting it up?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The ipad requested the hub details which I entered and then requested network and security but when I entered AOL at
network it responded with "not recognised"
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Am I entering the wrong information.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Are you there??
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
Yes I am here.
It is not AOL you enter but your wireless network details.
We can get this from your computer. Is your computer connected to the wireless network?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
I do not think I am connected to the wireless network with my computer - I was under the impression
that the BT hub connected me to the wireless network - am I wrong?
Expert:  Richard replied 2 years ago.
yes it does, its nothing with AOL, and it is on the BT hub you get the password ***** Network Name
So look on the actual BT Hub please and you will see the network name (SSID) and the password ***** use.
You select the network name in the list on the iPad and enter the password ***** stated on the Hub (as either Network Key or Security Key)
Let me know the results please
