I have had a Brother MFC-9140CON 5/6 months I

I have had a Brother MFC-9140CON for about 5/6 months
I have suddenly been unable to Print or Scan from my PC
Scan says
Check the connection
Print from PC says
Error Printer off line on PC
I am scanning wirelessly I believe and no cables have been altered

Thanks for update..Possibly printer has lost its old ip address given by router. For that reason could you please confirm printer ip address. If you are good to do things on computer, you may check ip address and ping printer once. If printer responds to ping then you may reconfigure printer using printer software.. I am glad to do this process on your computer via remote desktop session if you let me.Waiting for your reply
