It looks like we will need to carry out a clean uninstall/reinstall of the printer driver to resolve this issue you are having with printing.

First off, please swipe down your cursor at the top-right corner of the screen to bring up the Charms bar at the right, and then click Settings > Control Panel.
In the Control Panel, go to Programs and Features > Uninstall a Program, and then uninstall your printer driver accordingly.
Done that, download the full driver for your printer model using the following link:
Run and install the printer driver following the on-screen directions, and you should be good to go.
