I HAVE A BROTHERS ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER MFC-J470DW. YESTERDAY I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER NOT GETING A INTERNET CONNECTION AND I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY MCAFEE SUPPORT TEAM (THAT I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH) FOR ABOUT 1 HR. SINCE I WAS HAVING PRINTER PROBLEMS ALSO, AFTER ALL PROBLEMS HAD BEEN CORRECTED, I ASK THEM TO ALSO CHECK MY PRINTER. TOGETHER, WE PULLED UP 3 SEPRATE DOCUMENTS AND EVERYTHING PRINTER, WITH NO PROBLEMS. I GOT UP THIS MORNING AND NEEDED TO PRINT SOMETHING AND THE PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT AGAIN. IT SHOW NOTHING IN THE PRINTER QUE (OR WHAT EVER IT IS CALLED). I HAVE NOT EVEN TOUCHED THE COMPUTER OR PRINTER, SINCE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MCAFEE, SO WHY WOULD IT STOP WHEN IT WAS WORKING FINE AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CORRECT IT?
