Model MX922, Serial No. ADYY48225, purchased 06/06/2015 from Amazon (order ID 102- (###) ###-####5744219), Canopy 3-Yr Office Protection Plan, Computer iMac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11, Router Netgear: security WPA/WPA2, Browser Comcast-Xfinity: Modum-Router Dual-Band WiFi 802.11ac. PROBLEM: Comcast installed their Modum-Router on 10/02, leaving my Netgear router intact. We have 2 iPhones, 2iPads and 2iPods, all of which still connect with the internet, but after a week of reading and trying I cannot get the Canon printer to connect to the internet or to answer any commands from my computer; I cannot print, fax or scan. Please help me connect.

Since you are using both the Xfinity router and your Netgear router it is necessary to distinguish between them and to determine which one is being used for your wireless network.
