On your computer, try going to Control Panel, then to
go to Connections tab
then click on
button and make sure the 'Proxy Server' checkbox is un-checked, and click on OK repeatedly until the Internet Options window closes, then close all browser windows, restart your computer, and see if the 502 error is eliminated by that means.
